Just as it implies, public-listed means that the page is viewable to anyone who visits your site.

  • public-not listed:

    public_not_listed

Public, but not listed means that the page can be viewable to anyone who visits your site, but it will not be listed as a page in the navigation bar.

  • public-not searchable:

    public_not_searchable

With a page that's public, but not searchable, a page can only be seen by accessing the exact page address (eg, help.spotlets.com/edit) as this page is not listed in the navigation bar, nor can it be searched for within the site.

Keywords

wesbpot___keywords

You can add your page's keywords here.  Keywords help search engines (such as Google or Yahoo!) sort your page (or site) when searched.  For example, having keywords of "spotlets", "customer support", and "good-looking director of support" will most likely lead you to this site.  The content of the site is more useful to search engines than the keywords.  Likewise, using misleading keywords to drum up traffic can have an adverse effect on your site when searched.

Description

webspot___description

Describing your page here will allow a search engine (such as Google or Yahoo!) to better categorize your site.  The description placed here will result in the small blurb under your site (or page) that is seen on a Google or Yahoo! search.  Once again, content trumps misleading descriptions.
